Our staff collectively covers over 9,000 miles on the local trails EVERY YEAR (and yet we still find time to pretend like we all have real jobs here at the store). Come join us EVERY Wednesday for coached interval workouts at the high school track. ALL speeds and abilities welcome...walkers too. The fun starts at 6:30 AM at the Sedona Red Rock High School track.
Apparently waking up at 6:00 AM only to run in quarter mile circles until nearly barfing wasn't appealing to the masses...track workouts will be postponed until spring 2019.

Directions on how to find us:
STEP 1 - Go to Arizona.
STEP 2 - Find I-17...it's an Interstate that doesn't actually travel between any states.
STEP 3 - Watch out for RVs and Buicks with blinking turn signals.
STEP 4 - If you're coming from Flagstaff then drive to Sedona.
STEP 5 - If yo're coming from anywhere else then drive to Sedona.
STEP 6 - Go to the Bashas shopping center on 89a in West Sedona.
STEP 7 - Drive around until you see our store.
STEP 8 - If you are still lost then just use the map below.
STEP 9 - Buy lots of stuff at our store so we can send the kids that we don't have to college.
